MITEX Coating Rolls / Applicator Rolls
State of the art properties of MITEX Coating Rolls/Applicator Rolls ULTRADUR enable a coating of different types of colours utilising the latest coil coating processes. Individual coatings and primers are readily applied with the latest type of coating rolls from MITEX. Technical staff of MITEX is at your disposal all over Europe.
MITEX Coating Rolls are available in different hardnesses from 40° - 70° Shore A.
MITEX coating material offers a wide range of solvent resistance to either polar chemicals like MEK, EtOH or non polar solvents like Petrol, Xylene, Cyclohexene and others. The state of the art compounding and hightech raw materials guarantee excellent mechanical properties in combination with lowest abrasion and highest cut resistivity. Resistance in different media after 24 hours.
An absolute homogenious surface due to proper mixing offers a surface structure in the range of a few micrometers. Antistatic Coating Rolls are available for the use in explosive areas. |
